Both the Dr here and staff are absolutely lovely and incredibly professional. Always thorough and actually listen to your concerns without rushing you. The practice itself is beautifully set out and maintained to a very high standard!

The staff are lovely and no nonsense. I was diagnosed with ASD around April 2022, everything was explained to me simply and easy to understand. The assessment was a bit pricey but honestly worth itAlso there was an adorable kitten in the reception!!

I have been attending Carlisle Medical Centre for over 2 years - Have only ever seen Dr Vino. I am 74 years old and have therefore been to numerous Doctors - after going to a private billing practice for a number of years & when the time really mattered they never made contact regarding urgent results? I moved to Carlisle & with Lisa at the helm, Nurse on site & Vino - I dont believe I will find any better anywhere. They professional, caring & interested in you. 100% a winner. The receptionist and nurse were amazing. Dr Vino on the other hand, wow. Didn't let me talk about why I even came in, he spent 10 minutes talking about the lining of a the pill contains the lactose, not the actual pill. Said that over and over, so by the time I could say anything he said well

Great staff from reception to Drs. The staff are always willing to help, even as busy as they are. The teams of drs are wonderful. Plenty of parking available. Highly recommend anyone for help.

Always great service at Surgery 82. My GP Alan saw me on time and was efficient and courteous in dealing with me. Very pleasant and friendly staff make everyone feel welcome each time. Highly recommend if looking for professional and attentive care.

The doctors at Egerton Dr are god sent. Dr Marie is super friendly and made me feel comfortable when speaking to her about my health. Receptionist are very helpful and will always try to get you an appointment suitable to you. 11/10 experience.

I have been going to Castlegate Family Practice and seeing Dr Beshay for a few years, the staff are always professional and very helpful. Dr Beshay is very thorough and you don’t feel like just just a number she takes the time to listen to your concerns. Would highly recommend this practice to anyone needing to see a doctor.

I went for my Drivers Licence renewal examination. The nurse omitted to notify the GP that I had been seen by him for the first part of the process so I was left sitting in the waiting room for an hour before I eventually advised reception that I was still waiting. I had seen my GP call other clients from the waiting room but not me as he obviously didn’t know that I was there !Everyone was all very apologetic but there was obviously a failure in the notification system within the practice !

Had an appointment with Dr Cecilia Malmberg with a complaint of a sharp pain in my heel that has progressively got worse over time.I Removed my shoe for her to just visually look at my foot without even taking my sock off, asked where it hurt and then said there was nothing she could do about it and to do some stretches.Considering I’m now down to a half limp at times I’m more then justified with my complaint. The complete lack of assistance or information I received was ridiculous. I was just another number through the door and a quick handball off without any help. Definitely do not recommend.
