Always great service at Surgery 82. My GP Alan saw me on time and was efficient and courteous in dealing with me. Very pleasant and friendly staff make everyone feel welcome each time. Highly recommend if looking for professional and attentive care.

Why are all the reception ladies so rude?? Im sorry if you are having a bad day, but its not right to take it out on your patients. Please be considerate as most of the people coming to the surgeries are unwell/overcoming a sickness and being talked to with sharp and rude tone is just going to make it worse. Please be more kind to others.

I love Surgery 82! The staff are friendly and efficient, the wait time is minimal and most importantly the doctors are professional, caring and thorough. Today we went in with a question and to get a new script, came out with timely referral to specialist.

Extremely obliging staff. Assisted an older patient for a dressing when someone else had cancelled her apt. Dr very helpful and friendly. Recommend surgery for any person who needs to see a dr.

Been going to Surgery 82 for a year now. Had a severe hand injury last year and Surgery 82 did all the follow up treatments. Dr Lim is a very kind and patient doctor. Excellent practitioner. Very grateful for the entire Surgery 82 team. Always friendly at reception. Always efficient and helpful.

The ladies I dealt with from the initial phone call to my checking in and out were friendly, professional and accommodating. I saw Dr. Jessica Price who was very attentive and I felt very happy with her. I also attended the amazing treatment room and was treated by a very friendly Nurse whose name I unfortunately did not get but from what I saw, all the Nurses were very friendly and attentive, made you feel very comfortable. As a traveller it is hard to feel comfortable in a Practice that is not familiar. I highly recommend this Practice with no hesitation .
