Great staff from reception to Drs. The staff are always willing to help, even as busy as they are. The teams of drs are wonderful. Plenty of parking available. Highly recommend anyone for help.

I went for my Drivers Licence renewal examination. The nurse omitted to notify the GP that I had been seen by him for the first part of the process so I was left sitting in the waiting room for an hour before I eventually advised reception that I was still waiting. I had seen my GP call other clients from the waiting room but not me as he obviously didn’t know that I was there !Everyone was all very apologetic but there was obviously a failure in the notification system within the practice !

I have been a patient at MMC, Halls Head, for many years and have always found the admin desk to be friendly, obliging and efficient. My usual GP, Dr David Zelei, has been thorough, informative, with impressive all round medical knowledge. I have historically been very happy with the clinic's service.

We have been with this clinic for over 5 years. Dr Muscat is fantastic! However, we recently relocated to Northam and have been waiting 2 months for our records to be moved across. Not good enough!

Mis-managed my referral to see an ENT: sent to wrong ENT, ENT didn't receive my original referral, took 2 months to hear back.My daughter needed to see a doctor for acute pain and was not able to get in (although there were apps available) due to doctors not taking new patients.

It was very easy to book an appointment online. Dtr was running on time and I was comfortable to discuss my medical condition with her. She checked my medical history and provided new medication. Overall a pleasant experience

I would like have stay with these doctors as there great and yes the staff at the front are awesome. But as I was told, my husband and I are no longer allowed to come here . We went through a rough patch financially I asked it I could have a bit longer to pay my account, only 3 bills. as my hubby is on salary. Only to be told we are not aloud back by the lady in accounts.
