Had an appointment with Dr Cecilia Malmberg with a complaint of a sharp pain in my heel that has progressively got worse over time.I Removed my shoe for her to just visually look at my foot without even taking my sock off, asked where it hurt and then said there was nothing she could do about it and to do some stretches.Considering I’m now down to a half limp at times I’m more then justified with my complaint. The complete lack of assistance or information I received was ridiculous. I was just another number through the door and a quick handball off without any help. Definitely do not recommend.

Appointment ran on time, excellent care by Nurse and Doctor. Admin support staff also went out their way to assist with a special request. 11/10 from me. Thank you very very much for all you do, every day.

I have been using Mindarie Keys Medical Centre for over 20 years and have never had a single issue. All the staff are friendly and the doctors I and my family have used are all so professional and thorough. Our Favourite Doctor Is Dr. Melad Benyamine he's amazing and literally saved my husbands life by recommending a cardiac test which showed he needed a triple bypass immediately.I have no hesitation in recommending this practice.

A warm welcome from Sally on reception on arrival. We only had a short wait before seeing the lovely friendly nurse for our vaccination. Love the new fresh decor in the surgery.

I would highly recommend Mindarie Keys Medical Centre, Dr. Ord was so lovely, helpful and professional. I only had to wait a few minutes and was able to get the blood tests needed straight away, thanks!

Mindarie Keys Medical Centre
The one star is for the service provided by a specific GP and not the practice as a whole. That GP is Dr. Amba Roychoudhury. A standard appointment is 10 minutes. She gave me 2. She was disinterested and hurried in her examination of me and the treatment she prescribed, was later identified by another medical professional, as incorrect. I am now receiving treatment to correct what she incorrectly diagnosed before. Will never use this specific GP again, and I advise others not to either.

Dr was 1hr late was rushed and seemed very stressed still charged $100 for my troubles. Many people before walked out as they refused to I wait any longer. If they hadn’t my wait would’ve been longer. The medical centre either needs to book less. Patients or put on more drs. Especially if they are not going to bull bill

Waiting 45 minutes past my appointment time to be seen by the doctor to get a simple script..had a 4 minute appointment and was still charged $95 with $40 rebate. I know stuff happens but they could have called me before hand to advise the doctor is running late. Pretty average experience.
